This process for Change of Address is based on offline Aadhaar

·         The two options available are as follows:

o    The new address can be taken from Aadhaar for which details are verified

o    Use any other valid address proofs for change of address. Address proof needs to be uploaded to complete the process.

·         As this process is based on offline Aadhaar, following details are required apart from the policy number.

Kindly keep ready the same before proceeding further

o    XML zip file downloaded from UIDAI (Login HERE to download file)

o    Share code pertaining to the XML zip file

o    Mobile Phone having the number registered with Aadhaar (for the OTP)

o    Aadhaar VID for e-signing. Click here to generate Aadhaar VID

o    Maximum 10 policies are allowed for Address Change in one request. For additional policies, a new request may be registered.

o    Change of address will be allowed only for Inforce, Paid-Up policies.

 I hereby state that I have no objection in authenticating myself with Aadhaar based authentication system and I hereby provide my consent for providing my Aadhaar xml, share code and One Time Pin(OTP) data for Aadhaar Based Authentication for the purpose of changing my address under my policies with LIC of India.

 I understand that the Aadhaar information I provide for authentication shall be used only for authenticating my identity and obtaining my contact information through the Aadhaar Authentication system for that specific transaction and for no other purpose.

 I hereby state that I have no objection and give my consent in sharing my contact details from Aadhaar with LIC of India.
